Located in Australia's capital, 2K2 will be based at the Canberra Carotel. Air-conditioned motel cabins ensures no matter the weather, when you're on the site you can control the environment. Forget stumbling out of warm sleeping bags into cool nights and mud to get to the toilets, as each cabin has an ensuite shower and toilet.
Talking about sleeping bags, they are only needed for the off-site overnight electives, as each cabin is equipped with a number of bunks.
The 2K2 Zone site already has a swimming pool, large open grass spaces, large dinning hall and an on-site shop stocking snacks, drinks and any other necessary supplies. During 2K2 there will be at least one large open air eating and hang-out area; internet cafe and computer facilities; and more and more activities and facilities will be added to. Feel free to make requests leading up to the 2K2 also. The 2K2 Team believe that great food can enhance any experience, so a team of professional chefs have been engaged to prepare food for the Zone. There's news of breakfast being delivered to the cabins...
