BB Uniform

Anchor Boy Uniform


* Badges - A cloth yearly Anchor Boy attendance award badge is available that can be sewn directly on the right sleeve.
* Shorts - navy blue elastic waist shorts.
* Socks - Brigade navy blue long socks with two white bands pulled up & folded to just below the knee.

* Cap - It may be a State option for Brigade caps to be worn. If so: Navy blue Brigade Field Service Cap
* 125 Badge - Worn on the right sleeve, on the right of the service awards.  All boys in the Movement in 2008 are entitled to wear this badge on their arm for the time they are in BB.

No.1 Section Formal Dress Uniform


* Cap - The navy blue Brigade Field Service Cap with Brigade cloth cap badge
* Shirt - The navy blue Brigade shirt.
* Armband - The armband for Yearly Attendance and Achievement Scheme Awards is worn on the right arm
* Shorts - navy blue elastic waist shorts.
* Socks - Brigade navy blue long socks with white bands.
* Shoes - Black.
* Tie - Only if you are in a State that wears a tie, a sky blue tie.
* 125 Badge - Worn on the Right Armband, RH side (end) of Service badge (top) row.  All boys in the Movement in 2008 are entitled to wear this badge on their arm for the time they are in BB.

No2 Section Formal Dress Uniform


* Cap - The navy blue Brigade Field Service Cap with Brigade metal badge.
* Shirt: The navy blue Brigade shirt.
* Shoulder Belt - A Brigade white shoulder belt.
  * Armband: The right armband is for Service and Award Badges and the left armband is for special awards.
* Slacks - navy blue slacks and short navy socks (or Brigade long socks with navy blue shorts).

* Shoes: Black shoes capable of being polished.
* Tie: the sky blue tie.
* Rank - is shown by Brigade stripes worn on each epaulette with the stripes pointing outwards: 1 stripe for Lance Corporal; 2 stripes for Corporal; and 3 stripes for Sergeant.
* 125 Badge - Worn on the Right Armband, RH side (end) of Service badge (top) row.  All boys in the Movement in 2008 are entitled to wear this badge on their arm for the time they are in BB.

Staff Sergeants Uniform Regulations


Should wear the No.2 Section Uniform with the following differences:
* Leather Should Belt - A Brigade Leather shoulder belt with gold bosses instead of the cloth shoulder belt.
* Rank - Brigade epaulette stripes on each shoulder with four stripes pointing inwards.
Officer Uniform Regulations
* Cap - The Glengarry Cap.
* Shirt - White long-sleeved poly/cotton Shirt (or Blouse for females).
* Tie - A Brigade black tie *Slacks - navy blue Slacks (or skirt for females).
* Belt - Black leather with Brigade gold buckle.
* Shoes - Black shoes.
* Rank - Rank is shown by Brigade slides worn on each epaulette.
* 125 Badge - Worn on the Right Armband, RH side (end) of Service badge (top) row.  All boys in the Movement in 2008 are entitled to wear this badge on their arm for the time they are in BB.

Company Casual Uniform


Companies may optionally adopt the following specified Company Casual Uniform. This uniform may be worn on Company nights and events in lieu of the formal dress uniform, with the formal dress uniform to be worn on official occasions as determined by the State Executive.
The Company Casual Uniform will be;
* Shirt - a high quality Navy Blue polo shirt (without a pocket) with the stylised BB logo in the left pocket area (with no Company designation) which will be worn with the formal uniform below the waist requirements,
* Cap/Hat - an BB cap or wide brimmed hat may also be worn as designated by the Company Captain

Officer Uniform Regulations


* 125 Badge - Worn on the RH Shirt Pocket Flap, to the left (nearest the arm) of their name badge (i.e. opposite the Queens & D of E badges) until the end of 2009.
