The Waratah Company

The Waratah flower is the state flora symbol of New South Wales. The Waratah is a stout, erect shrub that grows up to 4m. The dark green leathery leaves, 13-25cm in length, are arranged alternately and tend to be coarsely toothed. The flowers are grouped in rounded heads, 7-10cm in diameter, surrounded by crimson bracts about 5-7cm long.
Accommodation
Waratah is a modern complex accommodating up to 165 people. All rooms are ensuited.
Waratah ComplexRooms are heated, each bed supplied with a doona and pillow. Sheets or sleeping bags must be provided by guests. Two disabled rooms are available. A separate laundry and storage area are available for guest use. Two meeting rooms are dedicated to the Waratah facility. The larger meeting room is fully Air conditioned for guest comfort.

Guests have access to the Mezzanine lounge located in the Main Dining Complex. Groups dine in a seperate area within the Main Dining Complex.

The Banksia Company

The Banksia flower is a genus of the Proteaceae, named after the great English botanist Sir Joseph Banks, of the James Cook expedition in 1768. They are native to Australia, growing in the form of shrubs and trees (they are also known as Australian Honeysuckle Trees). The smallest banksias are prostrate miniatures and the largest are fully-grown trees.
Accommodation
Banksia is a modern complex accommodating up to 89 people. All rooms are ensuited. Rooms are heated, each bed supplied with a doona and pillow. Sheets or sleeping bags must be provided by guests. Two disabled rooms are available. A separate laundry and storage area are available for guest use. Two meeting rooms are dedicated to the Banksia facility. The larger meeting room is fully Air conditioned for guest comfort.

Guests have access to the Mezzanine lounge located in the Main Dining Complex.

The Boronia Company

The Boronia is a plant native to Western Australia, boronia is renown for its distinctive perfumed smell. Two types of boronia are produced, brown boronia and pink boronia with pink boronia being a popular export product. Production is from August to November and is available from most Australian states.
Accommodation
Boronia is situated with breathtaking ocean views and a picturesque bush outlook. It offers 80 beds in 16 rooms (1 Disabled). It offers 2 large meeting rooms and a small group/games area.

The Grevillea Company

These shrubs and trees come from Australia and are grown for their beautiful fern-like foliage and small tubular flowers. They can grow over 100 feet tall. Most of them have small, thin, tomentose leaves.
Accommodation
Completed mid 2003 Grevillea is the newest facility of its type in Australia. It's capacity is 118 beds in 20 rooms each suitable for families. Guest laundry and a fully air-conditioned main complex comprising Dining, Meeting and Lounge area. Grevillea's design also offers large outdoor undercover space.
